I was treated very kindly by my supervisor. I am not good at English, but she was very patient with me and supported me. Ostomy Supply is very important to me. Without her support, I would have been in a lot of trouble. I am very grateful to her.

I didn’t get so me of the supplies that I had ordered the waterproof pouches that you where swimming or in the shower, Also I didn’t get the colostomy bag belt That hooks on to the bag!!!!

Rating would have been higher but received product day after running out. Not sure why it wasn't sent earlier? Slow shipping?

I asked to just get a few samples of a bag I wanted to try. Instead they sent me 2 boxes which gives me 10 instead of a few. I could have just had 1 box sent to me. It takes fewer than 10 to know if I am going to like the bags. But I was satisfied with my order. Thank you!!

Comfort Medical was recommended to me after my disappointing experience with another company. I was fortunate to meet Connor-who is a most effective, supportive and informative company rep. He has stayed with me during weeks I had allergies to 3 ostomy pouches from different companies, during a long period I lived on samples to seek a pouch I would not react to. I hope I have finally found a less allergic pouch and I do see improvement in my skin. Connor was there to provide knowledge from company experts. I finally placed an order and it arrived overnight! I was so glad and hope I have a long relationship with Comfort Medical. They have made a difficult time bearable and were not out just to make a sale, but to provide understanding and help.
