I ordered a repeat of my last order which was one box of 413155 Durahesive wafers and one box of 401931 Little Ones and you sent me eight boxes of 413155Durahesive wafers and five boxes of 401931 Little Ones If Medicare doesn't pay for all of this order I am not going to pay the difference as I did not order the extra amount you sent me. My order came in a torn, crudely taped box with one of the important items completely missing. This is not usually the case. This is the first time after several years of ordering. I am usually very happy with the order fulfillment. Not sure why this happened.
