As an Ostomate, I really appreciate it when a representative knows the products and at Comfort Medical, that's exactly what I experienced. My initial order was wrong, I was sent supplies that could not be used together. When I called to get this correct I was told that since I didn't have product numbers I would have to talk to the specialist who did not call me back. I had to call again after the holiday and was once again sent to the specialist. At that point I had no supplies and was told since the order had changed it would have to go back to my Dr for another prescription signature! In what world does that make sense since my Dr already sent them a script for the type of supplies I needed. After playing phone tag all morning I got another call from their welcoming committee to make sure my order was correct and I was happy, so they obviously don't read or note accounts. Also how am I supposed to have product numbers if they don't have any sort of online catalog to look at! They only get 2 stars instead of 1 because they overnighted my order after it was corrected
