Simply I pre-ordered weeks for a 20th reorder and I called on the 27th to find out it was not ordered yet. I was washing out my ostamy bag and on my last barrier. You all did over night me and emergence bag and barrier that came the next day. I understand that might have been because of christmas that this happened but we need you to be here for our needs, I was unable to spend time with family and friends due to my washed bag stinking

He was so helpful and got the insurance info. Dr. Info and called back when promised, and set me up with the supplies I needed! He was the best!!!

Got my supplies promptly after I called & discovered cause for delay at my doc office. Very appreciative that Comfort promptly FedEx’s my supplies & that they arrived on a Sunday!!
