When they sent the skin wipes to me my order called for 2 boxes .... They opened up a box of 25 to take 2 out and sent 2 wipes in the order

We were very happy with the service provided by Comfort Medical. The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We received the order within a few days of ordering and it was complete and accurate. We plan to continue using Comfort Medical for future orders.

I gave my information as to which products I use and medicare and supplemental insurance information over the phone. The representative was very helpful. I then received the products I requested. It was very painless.

This was my first order. Went pretty rough, (lost paperwork, delays in communication, late delivery) We'll see how the next order goes

The customer service you receive depends on who you get to talk with. One lady is awesome, one lady is like she doesnt care if you ever order anything or not. They tell you the order willbe shipped in 3 to 5 days but after 5 days you just get an e mail saying the products are not available and hard telling when you will get them. Why cant they tell you that when you order?

Faith helped us greatly. We knew nothing about supplies after the surgery. We talked about an hour and a half. She talked to the hospital, nurse, manufacturer and us. What a great job she did.

We spoke on the phone about my order and 10 days afterwards after no response I emailed you. You replied to find out you couldn't contact the doctor's office and asked me to resend it even though I provided you with their correct phone number. On our initial phone call you told me "we'll contact the doctor's office and will overnight your shipment to you". I would have been understanding if you would just we have contacted me about any glitches holding up my order.

Great customer service. Your team is wonderful and very helpful with all my needs. They call back and check up afterwards. Highly recommend them.
