I am new to this company but have nothing but the highest praise for their customer service. Everyone I have spoken to so far from starting service to making exchanges of the product after delivery has been fantastic. BTW, the exchanges are due to I prefer one item over others that I received at my request, NOT through a mistake made by the company representative. Delivery is remarkably FAST, and so is the pick-up of product to be returned to Comfort Medical. I highly recommend this company.

Skin barrier wipes were on my prescription, but none were sent.
