Happy with the deliver, which was quick and quality of the product. The bag was a very nice addictive. As a newbie to theses bags, some other supplies would be nice, like the proper scissors to cut hole in bags and some wipes.

Everything was great

Brand new Ostomy customer. My order got lost and took over a week to arrive. I felt like no one really cared that I was without a colostomy. I spoke with numerous people, pretty much felt like the vibe from the staff. Extremely disappointed, hope it gets better. If not there’s always other companies.
