Honestly, this company has been a lifesaver! I was very lost on where to go for my supplies after my former medical supply company said they would no longer have the supplies I needed in-stock. I contacted several medical suppliers being turned away with absolutely no resources suggested for me to look into. Running dangerously on supplies and growing desperate I came across Comfort Medical online and they contacted me that very same day via phone call and immediately worked with me on getting me what I needed. They communicated every step of the way, understood my concerns and needs for my products, ultimately resulting in me getting everything I needed to be comfortable once again. I am tremendously thankful for this service and highly recommend then to anyone in need of medical supplies. Very friendly and personable staff!

I just signed up with Comfort Medical after moving back to MA from CT. I am over the moon pleased with the customer service, the follow-up, and the kindness of the representatives. I definitely picked the right ostomy supplier. Thank you.

While I’m disappointed not to be able to receive 90 day supplies, and have to be limited to every month, I believe it’s the UHC plan I have, NOT Comfort Medical. The supplies come from various places across the country which sometimes have me stretching a day or two, over weekends, or number of days the snail mail delivery takes to travel through the increasing poor mail service, to arrive. Again, NOT Comfort Medical I presume. FINALLY having the option to be put on auto order makes this a much more useable transition b/c of the time between placing a month to month order, and the order is actually delivered, is only short between by a few days. Thanks Comfort, for putting me on auto renewal for supplies!
