This is my first time ordering supplies for myself since my surgery and everything was delivered in a timely manner well packaged. I haven't had any issues so far with anything.

2 orders ago, somehow my order got messed up. I was contacted by Comfort, I explained how to fix it. I received the order, it was wrong, I tried to call and never received a call back. Last month when I placed my order, I had to order per the previous order, I was using the app. After placing the order I tried calling Comfort, I requested a call back, never received a return call. I received the wrong order. I called again this month, the lady who helped me was very kind, she explained why I couldn’t get the product I have been getting for a year. I was very frustrated that I wasn’t given this information before and also that I didn’t receive my call backs.
