I received the order. My receipt showed 12 boxes of 30 catheters. I only received 10 boxes of 30 catheters. I’ve reported this to an associate. You have Not been informed as to what is being done. I’d appreciate a call. Thank you

Setting up account was easy and the order was shipped out in short order.

Customer service is excellent, but the app leaves something to be desired. I placed my re-order on the app, but did not receive the order in a timely manner as I usually do. I checked the app and every day it said the order was awaiting processing. Finally I called and was told that the reason was a new prescription was needed from my PCP; however I never received a message to that effect, AND it proved not to be true! When I called customer service they were very helpful, realized that I did not need a new prescription and expedited the order. There has to be a way to inform the consumer if a new prescription is needed; also, why was a new one required when it was not necessary (nothing changed in the current order from previous one).

I had a very good experience. The service was good and prompt.

I am so blessed to have a Reliable Company my most precious health equipment and always in a timely matter.

Screwed up my first order. They didn't call me before they shipped it.
