ColourTreeReviews of colourtreeusa.com

The product is very well made. Since the sail I ordered was not covering the whole opening I wanted to exchange the 12 feet sail for a 15 feet and pay the price difference. But the return policy stinks. I do not plan to buy again from this vendor.

Great to be able to get info upfront! Easy to work with. Quick delivery too! This is our second Colour Tree shade different size this time!

Good quality product that went up easily.

Order was received timely and is exactly what I ordered!

Very sturdy material. The color is perfect. The cost is good, and customer service was very helpful with my order. If I ever need another fence shield I will definitely buy from Color Tree!

Great warranty support.

Easy to deal with. Fast delivery from online payment of order to arrival at my front door. The material selection is limited, but when I sought to have a different company do the work and provide the same color and fabric as my umbrellas they were going to charge over a hundred dollars just to come out and do measurements and show samples. I can make my own measurements.

I ordered a custom sized privacy fence screen. All my questions were answered immediately after contacting ColourTree regarding size and color. I was sent an invoice to confirm and place my order, it could not have been any easier. The person who assisted me was courteous and sent the information I needed. The screen arrived quickly, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to ColourTree for excellent customer service! Anita M
