Excellent product, fit & finish. Very frustrating with communication. Would not pick up the phone! Back and forth countless times via email. Rep didn’t read or remember my responses from one minute to the next. I provided exact 4 corner measurements, which took 3 guys on high extension ladders, only to be told the next day that they also needed the diagonal measurements as well. NOT a good experience. Price changed (higher) after providing initial, longer measurements. Reason provided was it “required more material”. I felt very much jerked around. The last communication with "Victor C." was his question about whether or not I wanted straight lines or curved lines. I told him curved so the quadrilaterals would be pulled taught. What he didn't tell me was that the curved lines would significantly reduce the final length of each of four corners. Since the custom sizing is a NO WARRANTY situation, I was left with two sun sails that were too tight to make my laser measurements useable as intended and provided. I had to extend each corner attachment using multiple carabiners which ended up looking quite amateurish. The entire process was very disappointing. Note to Colour Tree: TRAIN your reps and pick up the phone!!!

Fast shipping, quality product, and affordable. Return policy for a manufacturer error was not accepted with all necessary photo proof and measurements issued. Ordered 6x12 privacy screen, received 5.5x11.5 when stretched to full capacity. Customer service kept beating around the bush for a replacement, return label, or refund. I was looking to purchase hundreds of dollars of privacy screens, but this turned me away.

product was delivered on time but it does not appear to be the correct color and material is thin and not good for being outdoors in all types of weather. I did not hand it up because quality is not what i expected nor is the color true to the website. I can not recommend and will be purchasing a higher quality product from another company. Even if product is unused, still in new bag /box they do not provide a return label so you have to figure out how to ship it back and they then charge a return fee.

I am rating the customer service, NOT the product. After getting our sun shade samples, we proceeded to order a custom product per the company's measuring instructions. It was an 8 x 10 size-- again per their measuring instructions. It did not fit the area we wanted covered and no way would stretch to get it there. We packed back up and contacted customer service about returning. First of all, they would not listen to any concerns about the fact that their instructions were misleading. Yes, we tried to make it work, but there was no way to do this. I questioned the "re-stocking fee" since it was not our fault about the size problem. Was told something about being short staffed and that people needed to be paid-- again, this is not my problem. Customer service was also difficult to reach and replies to e-mails were vague. I ended up having to pay to ship the shade back and get charged the re-stocking fee before I did get a refund. I re-ordered the size that would actually fit from Amazon- it was delivered and worked perfectly. Should have done that in the first place- would have saved time, aggrevation and money.

Well, the lady I talk to on the phone super nice and took care of my problems because my first shipment the FedEx driver did not read the package because it stated put box by black gate down the driveway he put it by the trashcan by the road, so somebody took it so my second shipment I had the eyelids were you put the Zip tie were broken on a couple of them I don’t think they were fastened very well. Hopefully I don’t have any issues when it gets windy.

I attempted to get follow up with customer service around switching from one product to another - but got no response both times. Also, the replacement we received was cut incorrectly and was a poor fit for the supports that were already in place. Sadly, the finished look is somewhat sloppy as a result. The only upside is that we didn't have to pay for the replacements (although it is a sad commentary that both shade cloth triangles ripped within a 12-month period).

ordered beige as the only lighter color and were shocked to see the color was in the yellowish family, would reorder but a restocking fee and shipping, haven't installed yet as we have winter yet.
