Delivery was fast. Item - a standard size sun sail/shade was reasonably priced. I’ve been happy with another of their sun sail/shades now well into its second mid-Texas summer. Only suggestion I would make is a more thorough tutorial on the costs and structural needs for mounting and supporting a sun sail/shade. Proper hardware can easily reach 4X to 10X the cost of the sail itself. And you do need to be mindful of extreme weather events - hail, high winds, and heavy rain. But all in all, the sun sail/shade makes our outdoor spaces much more comfortable while reducing the cooling load on our HVAC.

I made my purchase via Amazon. After 2 years it tore. I contacted customer service to make the report. I was immediately contact, provided order information and a new tarp was mailed. Wonderful customer service by a company who stands behind its product.
