ColourTreeReviews of colourtreeusa.com

Was wrong shape. Ordered a right angled triangle and they shipped something else.

I had an issue with a product I ordered a year ago. I sent pictures of the deterioration and colourtree sent me a new replacement.

good information, good response, good/rapid delivery

Very good quality

It was necessary to return a sun shade sail cloth because of the wrong size. My money was refunded immediately!. However when I wanted to upgrade to a larger size that’s when the confusion began with poor customer service communication/. I was not sure what was going on. Maybe speaking to multiple people was given different information each time that I contacted Colourtree. Frustrating. They offer a beautiful product but trying to reorder was not pleasant! It’s been 3 weeks summer is almost over and have not received the product.

Emailed Colourtree with a warranty issue and was promptly resolved.

The website is easy to use. Quick shipping. Great product. We are in Florida. Our original 2 sails are effect after being in the sun and rain for 2 years.
