Company's like this are hard to come by!
This is my second order from ColourTree. First order was 3 years ago went off without a hitch. Placed a recent custom order during the Christmas holiday season and they were faster than all of the retailers I placed Christmas gift orders with, including Amazon! I had ordered 3 custom sized panels. 2 were correct and one was short by 3 feet. Mistakes happen. I judge a company on how mistakes are handled. ColourTree passed with flying Colours!!! I emailed the problem and was promptly replied to by Eleanor, who asked a few questions then quickly and efficiently acknowledged the problem and put a correctly sized panel into production to be shipped immediately. I will always use and highly recommend ColourTree!
