Great because you honored your 3 yr warranty. Only problem I had was it took me several attempts with you and Walmart to get this resolved.

Screen is great but zip ties too small in diameter. Had to go buy l larger ones

Once I got in touch with someone, they were quick to respond and professional. I called a number of times and emailed 2x but nobody ever got back to me, even after leaving messages. On my third call in 3 weeks, I finally got through to someone and they remedied the situation fast. I like this product very much.

I really dislike that I can not speak with a customer service agent, however, ColourTree is very responsive over email. I usually hear back within a couple of minutes. I had to create a purchase a few different custom shade sails. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they were produced and shipped.

When I was able to contact the customer service department, all went well. My product was replaced without issue, and promptly.

We ordered a sun shade sail from Amazon. It came wrapped and packed well, but when we opened it, there was a lot of damage. I called Colourtree, left a message and they got right back to us. Customer service was very helpful and they told us what was needed for warranty and sent us another shade sail. We would recommend packing the super ring corners folded outside of the sail, wrapped and taped so they don’t damage the sail material. Even though the first one was damaged badly, Colourtree took care of it immediately. I will recommend Colourtree to others

We installed the wind screen sent to us by ColourTree on the fence. Looks beautiful. Quality seems to be very good. This is the first winter it will be up. When it came and we installed it, we assumed it to be the right length. There were three sections. All were 3" short after we stretched and installed. We contacted ColorTree and they, after verification, replaced one piece that made up for the short sections. Very satisfied. Haven't installed the last piece yet but believe that they got it right. Will use them again.
