Didn't receive my order yet.

It took you 2 weeks to inform me that this item was out of stock and you canceled my order.

I haven't received them . For some reason my shipment was cancelled hallway here according to FedEx. I asked, thinking I would have heard something this morning why it was cancelled.i would love to give 4 Stars if it's warranted but I wouldn't know.

I have been trying to return a shade covering that did not work from me. I submitted a request and you acknowledged you got it and said additional information would be forthcoming to execute the return. To date, nothing has been received. Thank you for asking, Larry Ragan

Products took 2 1/2 weeks to get to North Carolina-longer than expected. They arrived damage with cuts and holes in the shade sails. Three weeks contacting with customer service… having to pay for return shipping; cost me $46.50. 2 1/2 weeks later after no response from the company and multiple emails sent I was told they wouldn’t be resending new shade sails although I opted into receiving new ones sent out. After calling and speaking to a representative requesting to file a complaint, I was told I couldn’t due to the company being in their peak season and although I opted into receiving the new ones sent, their policy doesn’t allow it and that they wouldn’t. More than anything, the customer service has been dreadful. Returning a product has never been so difficult, especially knowing it came damaged. I truly can’t get over how poor the customer service has been. The individuals I’ve spoke with have been extremely disrespectful and refusing to provide me guidance on how I can submit a complaint. I hope if someone within this company reaches post, they truly evaluate who they have in their company. They are setting a bad example for couple tree and I will never do business with you again nor will I recommend you to anyone I know and advise people specifically never to buy from you.

It appeared at first that the ColourTree Super Ring Shade Sail was a great product. We bought 4 of them to cover our public dog training space and they were better than we could ask for - for two summer seasons. This third time we put them up we noticed small splits in the fabric in several places which rapidly turned into tears all the way across the shade. We never had these shades up in high winds or under snow loads and never any debris landing on them or rodent access. These shades are warrantied for 5 years, but they would not honor the warranty - wouldn't even respond!

I did not get the product. I have not revieced any of the email tracking info promised. Your system is defeating your human operation and making you look bad. It maybe weather related but you need to monitor your automatic system so as not to defeat your human system interface.

I purchased a custom-made waterproof sail from this company for nearly $1,400. It was a final sale, due to it being custom made. We had to take it down after three days due to light rain making it sag and water seeping through the stitching. At purchase, we were told the size had not been tested and that is why it was not guaranteed. I specifically inquired about water seeping through the stitching and was told it was 100% waterproof. However, water seeped through as soon as it rained. They also have horrible customer service. No one will get on the phone to answer your questions. They only answer inquiries online and your order has to be placed online with very limited responses to your questions over email. I realize it was our decision to buy without a warranty and at final sale, but we based that decision on false and misleading information they provided.
