Zero phone customer service. I tried to contact a live person (on phone) with no luck at all for 5 days straight. I left messages for a return call 5 days in a row with no returned call.

I love your screen, very strong material, looks great, easy to work with. I became a customer through neighbors recommendations. The only problem with my order is I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size. What is your return policy? Also, what do I need to do next? I look forward to hearing from you.

I ordered 2 rectangular shades and the hardware for one. Received hardware for a triangular shade. Contacted customer service and was asked if one more carabiner would solve the problem. He didn’t bother to check what items were missing so I sent him exactly what should have been included. The shades are great!

I received the wrong order initially. The packing slip was correct, but the wrong items were in the package. I notified ColourTree via their website of the problem and attached a photo of what I received and the slip. Got a quick reply, but no offer of "sorry for the mistake", just a request for a photo of what I had already sent. Later I got another email wanting a clearer photo and that was sent. Then a 3rd request for another photo of everything I received. I sent that and explained I would like a replacement ASAP as I needed to get the sail installed before a planned weekend event. After the 3rd photo was sent, I got a "we're sorry" and a correct shipment would be sent and they asked if I would send the wrong package back. I agreed and had it at FedEx the next morning. ColourTree said my new package would be mailed that day (Monday) and I would get it by Thursday, asking if that was OK with me. I agreed. The package did not arrive until Friday so I missed my install deadline. I looked at the tracking and a label was created on Monday, but the package didn't reach FedEx until 12am Wednesday. Disappointed at the lack of urgency and concern. On a positive note, I'm pleased with the products. I would order again, but not when I'm on a time crunch.

We purchased a Super Ring Sun Sail from Colourtree last year in May 2024. We really enjoyed the shade it provided but we paid quite a bit of money for it to already start tearing. We literally had for just over a year. They claim on their website that they have a very good warranty especially for the item we purchased it should be under warranty for 5 years. What they do not specify on their website is that if you custom order an item it surely cost a lot more but you have no warranty whatsoever. If the quality of the item was as good as they say and charge you for then it wouldn’t be a problem. I will never buy from this company again or recommend anyone to buy from them ever.

Nice product but very slow return process, poor communication and turn around time for wrong size

Wrong color, it isn't same color as my previous order.

No instructions on how to determine spacing of the support poles to allow for the stretching of the sun shade.
