Eva Santiago was absolutely amazing from the time she pulled up till the time she left!! I have never had a rep come to the house and be so respectful of our needs and requests. Sometimes the simplest things are the most important. We live in a duplex, Eva ensured it was okay to park where she did and as she walked in, she asked if we wanted her to take her shoes off. We just had new hardwood floors installed so this was most appreciated! As we went thru the design process she ensured it was how we wanted and if there was anything else we wanted to add or change. I have never been more happy with a representative coming to the house to market or sell something! Thank you for respecting our property and our budget!!

Poor communication with staff Christy. I was told by her that I would get an email with the adjusted plan to change a detail to the one closet. I did not. I was told by her she would cancel 1 of 2 projects. She did not. When the office called to schedule and give a final bill it was for both project. They said there was no note about cancelling one and would have to reach out to Christy. I was told that the 20% down payment from the cancelled project that was paid would not be applied to my other project. I was scheduled for install on 1/5/24 and promised they would be done by 5pm. They called several times pushing it back then stated it would not be done by 5 and needed to reschedule. I offered to let them start and then finish in the morning. They declined saying they were already full that day. I emptied my closet as instructed for them to install and now my room is a mess. The double closet is everywhere BUT inside the closet, and will be there for 5 days because that’s when they “have time”. I have had custom closets before from another company and did not have these problems. I have another other closet, garage, and a pantry to do and will be choosing another company. People should read all of the bad reviews on BBB before considering this company.

The installation by Jered and Alex was an excellent experience. They knew their job were polite and efficient. I am hard to satisfy. I really don't like the cabinet. Too deep and needs more glass exposure. The designer does not know me so she was doing her job.I will probably replace it when I do my basement. Sorry.

We had a GREAT experience with Closets By Design, Pittsburgh area! Madison came to our home and planned out and designed a full room walk-in closet. We did a few changes before the job was ordered and she was very helpful and patient with us. Billy came to our home to do the install, to our surprise he was alone. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgable. When the job was done, he had everything cleaned up.

Our designer, Becky, was very responsive. She created beautiful designs that took into account my handicap. The product is of solid quality.

The installation was well done. What we received was no better than what we could have purchased at Ikea. The sales person did not show us accruate pictures of what we were purchasing so we are disappointed with the amount of money we paid and what received. We were also supposed to get black hardware and nickel hardware was installed. We notified the company and also notified them that we were disappointed with the amount of money we paid and what we recieved. The person my husband spoke to simply said he had to feed his family too. We were sent the black handles which are sitting at the post office waiting for us to pay the additional postage.

Beautiful bedroom wall unit designed by creative, Jessica, and installed by Jacob and Chris. They were on time, did the job with skill and professionalism, attention to detail, answered my questions with kindness and caring, and cleaned up leaving me with a beautiful addition to my home. Very well done and a big thanks to them and their employer, Closets by Design. So happy.

We are very happy with our new closet, it looks great and is exactly what we wanted. The staff is amazing to work with and makes you feel appreciated. Our installers, Jacob & Isaac, we wonderful. They communicated with us, arrived on time, completed the install and spent time walking through everything for us. 5 Stars!
