I had a "design expert" Nicki come out to my house and measure my closets, 3 bedroom 3 hallway. I was told she would be in touch with what she came up with. Days went by no call no email. I called the Pinellas Park store twice spoke to management verifying her being the designer. Both times I was told someone would get back to me. Still waiting. 3 months ??? Horrible, worst ever. This company should be ashamed. Especially that particular store. Too many other closet companies to choose from to even consider this one.

DESIGN: We were impressed with Kate as she drew up the plans for our closet design. She looked at the old closets to see what kind of storage would be needed and we felt she personalized it and utilized every inch of our new space. INSTALLATION: Nick & Alex were professional and friendly. They were very considerate and conscientious about the whole process. CONCLUSION: We are pleased with the design, workmanship, quality of materials and appearance. Today, workmanship doesn’t always meet our expectations. We feel this company strives for a high standard. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

Eva Santiago helped me design exactly what i needed. Instal went very smoothly. All in all it was a great experiece. I would highly reccomend this company

I knew that I wanted a desk and some cabinets in my den, but really had no idea what it should look like. When Tricia Enos, from Closets by Design, came to my home, she listened to my thoughts and ideas and asked questions. Tricia then did her thing and came up with suggestions for a beautiful design. I could not have done it without her. So happy that Tricia is my designer.

Had new closet installed by Jacob and Crushaun today. They did a great job, were respectful and addressed all my questions completely. There was a small issue which they bubbled up and was resolved quickly. I would totally use this company when I need another closet done! Great job!!!

We recently worked with Samantha Gadd to design our closet in our master bedroom. We renovated our house a few years ago and this was the one spot that never fit in with the updated house. Samantha took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped design something that was functional using every inch of space we could. I knew nothing about closet design and she helped make the process so easy!

Wow, I already did my review, this one is on my husbands behalf. We had our walk in closet installed today and when Edward got home he was so happy. He said he was happier than when he got his new golf clubs. Lol I had a long workday and was patiently waiting for him so we could go out to dinner as planned. He started putting his close in the closet and I couldn’t get hi. To stop. I said seriously, I’m getting made, I am so hungry. So thank you closets by design for making us so happy. Not one inch of wasted space. Nick P was great, very respectful and courteous. Our specialist who came out to measure did a fantastic job fulfilling our needs. All her measurements were accurate. Thank you, thank you.

Had a great experience in Charlotte, NC with Kelley Crowe. She came out to measure, promptly sent me the renderings with photos of other similar closet systems. The pricing was great and once we signed, everything went according to plan down to when they arrived for install. The installer did a great job, was very thorough and went over everything with me after he was done to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Very reasonably priced especially compared to other closet companies, would highly recommend!
