Hello Milos, Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review and feedback on your experience with Clockify. I'm sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the app and our support throughout this process. I would like to take this opportunity to note that we are transparent about our pricing and the 'no refund' policy, which is mentioned during the sign-up process and on our pricing page in an effort to avoid miscommunication and dissatisfaction from the clients. Our subscription model is seat-based, meaning that each active user in the workspace requires one regardless of the role assigned. Once the refund request does arise from one of our customers, each case is carefully reviewed, and the decision is made depending on the given circumstances. Given that this process takes a while, we sincerely apologize for the delay in the response; however, we hope that this experience won't prevent you from continuing to use Clockify again in the future. If you have not yet received the refunded amount, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance at [email protected].

Hi Jenn, Thank you for sharing honest thoughts about the experience you had with our app! Our goal is to provide our users with a seamless app performance, so it's important for us to learn if things did not work as expected. I looked into our Support records, and could not find one with your username. I also checked further whether we received similar reports recently, but there haven’t been any. If you are still open to it, we would appreciate the opportunity to assist further. Any additional information on what happens when you try to use mobile and web apps would be highly useful, so we can check everything on our side. Reaching out to our Support team soon after an issue occurs can help with faster resolution; this also allows us to identify and fix problems more effectively for everyone else using the app. Our team is prompt and can provide support via phone, chat, or email. The team is available 24/7 and ready to help our users whenever they reach out. Feel free to contact us anytime at [email protected], via call at [+1 855 738 8741], or open a live chat on our help page (https://clockify.me/help/). Thank you once again for your input, Jenn!
