I would give this company 0 stars if I could! We bought couches that fell apart in less than 3 months then tried to file a claim with the warranty we took out 6 months later they still haven't fixed them properly! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with what a disgrace 10 out of 10 would suggest shopping somewhere else

Purchased a recliner lover seat with media center a month ago. City furniture brought the wrong love seat 3x. Customer service is ridiculously poor. Finally received the correct love seat that began to fall apart. Submitted claim to customer service who never addressed claim. Back into the store I went …..at the end of the day, we are returning the love seat for a full refund. Sales person was nice

HORRIBLE experience, avoid this place. Order a bed and at the time of delivery the installers found out they were missing a piece and was told to wait 5 days with a bed half put together that can not even hold a mattress for the supposed missing part. Today I received another call telling me it will take an additional 3 days for the missing part. Thats over a week with a half put together bed and no other option offered.

Certain sales reps and managers at City Furniture’s West Palm Beach store do not have your best interests in mind. Vesna sold me a table that is too short for the chairs she recommended! I have been ignored and lied to for the past three months. My claim has been denied because customer warranty declared it’s my preference to have a table that is too short for the chairs! The store manager Tashed said I should have measured it before buying the table. Silly me, I trusted that Vesna advised me correctly! Don’t trust them. No one at that store accepts responsibility. No one responds or cares.

I will never step foot in another City Furniture in my life. Simply ordered a dresser for my mother in law. First delivery was made and discovered it was the wrong dresser. Contacted customer service and definitely expressed my unhappiness. Denied compensation and denied refund. Contacted store and new delivery was scheduled. Supposedly $100 refund for mistake and promised it would be delivered correctly next time. Advised to use dresser in the mean time. Today new dresser delivered ….WRONG DRESSER…. Took the “used” dresser and left me the sealed/boxed dresser. Called store and of course went off….hung up on. Trying to get dresser delivered AGAIN without having to take day off. 3 DAYS OFF taken to have a dresser delivered that should have been correct the 1st time. Never ever again will I be back and will be contacting corporate…CEO …. Anyone that I can reach out to.

I ordered a dining table with a glass top along with premium delivery, which meant that they were going to assemble everything. Lord behold! They either forgot or didn't have the screws to secure the glass top to the legs of the table. And they left it like that. My toddler could put his arm on the table and the whole thing could flip on top of him. As soon as I realized, I contacted them right away to either reject the item, exchange the item, or just to get the screws. They assured me that they could exchange the item, no issues. They attempted the exchange 4 times. Yes, I'm not kidding, 4 freaking times!!! Each time, NO SCREWS! And the best part? They made me wait all day, way beyond the window of delivery, to let me know that they'd have to attempt another day. I ended up getting the screws on Amazon and demanded a partial refund for the "premium delivery." You know what I was told by the customer service lady? "Things happen. How would a refund make the table safe?" It wouldn't, but why am I paying for a job that is done half right and caused me 2 weeks worth of aggravation???!!! They are HORRIBLE.

Terrible quality and worse customer service. Bought chairs that fell apart with minimal use. Customer Care is useless. Can NOT recommend this store to anyone.

I wanted to buy a recliner sofa ASAP for delivery. They did not have any so the salesperson told me to get a left and right power recliner and I could get it in a few days. It was delivered on 05-23-22. Of course I could not test it at the showroom because they did not have it. After delivery I called the following day that it was the most uncomfortable couch I ever sat on. I asked them if I could exchange it for a more expensive sofa. They said no that I should of tried it but they did not have it. I have bought in the past a lot of furniture for my daughter and myself. I should of gone to Ethan Allen were the merchandise is a better quality
