Stop! Beware! Horrible company!!!! Worst delivery ever! Save yourself the stress.

Terrible business, awful customer service. Please go to a reputable business. Do not make any purchases from city furniture you will regret it.. I don’t know how they stay in business..

I will never buy another piece of furniture from this company. They sent me a pieces of furniture they knew were damaged and hoped I would accept them. Then they tried to replace the damaged furniture with more furniture they knew were damaged. More than 14 hours of wasting my time with delivery and service windows. I am stuck with what their service technician describes as an unrepairable footboard. They have a no return policy and refuse to credit my account for the unrepairable footboard. Please don't give this company your business.

It is still unfortunate that “some”beautiful products, they have behind them a company of terror, not wanting to respect customers, treating us useless, being despots and making us lose faith in the magical prayer that said "the customer is always right", they changed the game, the human material of @cityfurniture is terrible, they look like sellers and manager of car dealers... they have ended with my desire to buy furniture there forever! Horrible quality in materials and costumer services 🙁

have choosen a cover plan for my bought furniture for my new house. I spend several 10 000 $. After three years of no claim, I should get a refund or a gift card over the total amount of the covering plan - around 800$. After a request half year after the plan runs out, they told me, that they sent a voucher to my mail adress, that I never receive. After visiting the Fort Myers store to ask for the voucher, they don´t care about me and the store manager denied my ask with very rude words. After writing a mail to the company I am still waiting for an answer. So all over - Don´t trust this guys!!

Mi experiencia con City Furniture ha sido muy negativa. Los muebles son caros, pero de baja calidad. Además, me vendieron con engaños: me aseguraron que tendría una cobertura para cualquier inconveniente, ya sea que el mueble se dañara, no me gustara o no se ajustara a las medidas. Sin embargo, cuando surgieron problemas, me encontré con que esta supuesta cobertura no valía nada. El servicio al cliente fue inútil y no se hicieron responsables de sus promesas. No recomiendo City Furniture a nadie, ya que mi experiencia fue frustrante y costosa.

I purchased over 15k in furniture from City Furniture in Plant City, Fl. I set my delivery date while there. Well, my delivery day came and went with no delivery nor any communication. It’s impossible to reach anyone there and when you do, they do not know what’s going on. It took over a week to get an answer on when I would have my furniture which included our bed. So we had to rent a hotel room while waiting not unless we wanted to sleep on the floor. Needless to say, over two weeks later we finally got our furniture. City furniture should be renamed shi**y furniture! This stuff is absolute garbage. The delivery guys got black dirt from their dirty hands all over 3 of my white dining room chairs and on the white bedroom head and footboard. The dining table was damaged which I texted the manager of the store immediately but was told I had to submit a claim online. I was busy moving and did that two days later once I finally figured out how to. I received an email someone would contact me within 48 hrs yet no one did. So today 6/1/24 I reached out to their live chat and was told it would have to be a repair and not a replacement because I waited more the. 24 hrs to report it. BUT I didn’t ! I even told her I made the manager aware and she just ignored me. I was also told their system was down and they couldn’t schedule me yet. So here I am, waiting some more. I really wish I would of researched this place and avoided all of this. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get furniture from. It’s crappy furniture, and zero service! Worst experience I have ever had!!!
