I placed an order, my very 1st order, on Nov.10th. I found these products based on a YouTube review I watched. I ordered two city lip glosses. As of today, Jan 9th, I still do not have both my items. This isn't the biggest misstep of the whole ordeal, the biggest issue is the lack of communication from this company! I heard nothing from them from Nov.10th until Dec.1 when they finally wrote saying one item was on backorder and would ship 12/22, but why hadn't they shipped the in stock item!?! I had to reach out to them to get them to ship the one item. It took weeks to get it. Here we are 1/9 and that back ordered item still hasn't shipped! What happened to 12/22 ship date??? I wouldn't know, they still haven't communicated anything to me. Just bad business practices all the way around! I will not be ordering from them again.

Back in June 2023 I ordered a package of products but only part of the order arrived. I was informed that some of the products were out of stock (they should not have accepted the order if this was the case) but I agreed to wait until it was back in stock. After waiting several months and on looking at their website, I saw that it was back in stock, so I emailed them and asked when I could expect to receive the remainder. They promised to send it straightaway but to date, nothing. I contacted them again and was told they would look into it but again, nothing. It's a shame as I like the product but will never order from them again - as I feel they never had any intention of either refunding me or actually sending the products. Very disappointed customer!!

Years ago I received good products from CB. Currently their customer service is non-existent. I think they use bots, with a signature made to look like a real person. I paid for an order but over a month later it has not been shipped - that is, not only not delivered, but not even dispatched. The customer service 'person'/bot just responds non-sensically about this, copy-pasting repetitive default replies instead of attempting to solve the problem. Beyond frustrating. It will end up being a claim, as there seems to be no way to access a real/competent/interested person. Shame, because we can't risk more purchases if they waste this amount of our time just trying to receive products or get our money back. If CB don't fix this, it will be their downfall.

I purchased the city lips plumping lip gloss . Did absolutely nothing . It is just horrible sticky tacky lip gloss . Dont waste your money . Now trying to figure out how to return . With the 60 day policy , complete money back !

I’ve been buying from City Beauty for several years. I’m in the UK. The company responds to inquiries quickly and refunded money when I mistakenly ordered something twice. The products are excellent.

I was so excited to find a lip plumper that would help give me a youthfull zest. I'm 55 years of age, and couldn't wait to receive your product. I believed the advertising female who reassured the public, this is what we have been waiting for. NO PLUMP, NO SMOOTHED OUT LIP LINES and NO YOUTHFULL LOOK AT ALL. I bought 2 expensively priced lip gloss. There is also an unpleasant taste to it.

I was so excited to try the City Lips plumper, but all that excitement quickly lead to disappointment. My lips didn’t get any tingling sensation or plumping effects at all, not even .01% :( I used it exactly how they instructed for a full week and nothing. It’s just very expensive gooey gloss.

I bought City Lips thinking it would be the miracle lip plumper, as advertised. It does absolutely nothing!! I will never have botox in my lips because it looks awful, so thought this would be a great natural alternative, but what a complete waste of money!! It's just a VERY EXPENSIVE gloopy sticky lip gloss, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
