The lip plumper feels great but there is no plumping effect. The product feels great on the lips and the soft color makes a nice hue to the lips.

The customer service is impeccable. they were right there when they should be. Unfortunately the product did not work for me. That said, with the way they handled my order, I would consider purchasing a different product from them in the future.

The City Lips product is excellent - it really works! My only issue with the experience of purchasing online is there is heavy upsell that is frankly, annoying. I'm a grown woman, and I've ordered and reordered several times. So I would like to be able to just go on your site and select what I want without feeling pushed to buy a higher quantity.
