Haven’t received my order yet but feel like I’ve been completely taken advantage of during the confusing check out process. Be very careful. I ordered 1 city lips and updated to 2 for a discount at check out with free shipping total cost 60 dollars and now I’ve been charged for a third one, which I didn’t order plus shipping costs an additional 53.94 dollars. Doesn’t make sense. Why would I pay 53.94 dollars for 1. When I raised this with customer services I got an unhelpful response from Dejia ‘we are unable to cancel your order as it has been shipped out’ and no further help. Not impressed.

Can not see one iota of difference to my lips I feel the advertising is very ambiguous stating that lips become fuller. The “influencers” have mostly filled lips anyway or young full lips. Let’s see a women in her 60s have fuller lips with this product

I purchased two tubes of City Beauty plumping lip gloss. I was so HAPPY to see they now have different COLOURS! So I excitedly made my purchase but when I received my order (yesterday) they shipped me the same colour. So, today, I called them and the c/s guy (yes guy lol) was AMAZING! He was so nice and completed my order and sent me the correct colour! I was waiting to ask him the return address and he said, "I have sent in your Order and you don't have to return the one you have". I couldn't believe it! City Beauty is GREAT and now I can shop for their new products (NOT just lips)! Ladies their plumping lip gloss works, trust me and their c/s is more than 5 ***** AWESOME! Oh, and I received two (2) boxes from them AND two (2) Wine Vouchers for $100 each, weekend was getting even better!!

Items were added to my order that I did not order, no ability to contact any customer service as no response to emails, ph number incorrect and no one on live chat. Would have been good if there was a review order before completion,, yet wasn't so $$ taken before even seeing these items added. great product but now $700 billed for items I do not want.

Ordered the City Lips after pondering over it for a very long time,as it is very expensive.It's just a clear lip gloss,nothing more.I have £1 Primark one which is better.Would be too expensive to send it back.I really believed this one,so disappointed 😞

I have been using the lid lifting treatment for a few months now. I think it is working. I use it every morning and sometimes at night. I think it does help diminish the puffiness of my eyelids.

I love it...use it everyday even if I'm just hanging out at home with no makeup on!!!

The Multi Action Sculpting Cream has made my skin feel and look soft and smooth. It seems to diminish some of the wrinkles as well. I am not seeing as much of a lift in some of the sagging skin that I had hoped it would help. Also, I am unable to use the cream during the day because it wants to ball up every time I try to put my foundation over it. I have tried it many different times. Otherwise I like the cream for nighttime.
