I ordered the City Lips offer for two tubes at the beginning of February and advised shipping would be 14-28 days. I chased this week and have been told there is NO stock available. No-one from CB advised me after placing the order, no dates for future stock - and these people are just sitting on my money - and probably a lot of other people's money as well - gaining interest and not bothering to advise if we will ever receive anything. ATROCIOUS customer service - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS - why do you continue to offer 241 deals on FB when you don't have any and haven't fulfilled orders from weeks ago????????? Further to your response - I had already contacted Customer Service as you have detailed and my experience was the response I received from your customer service! Someone interesting has now contacted me back and told me the products are in stock and they are on their way - even though apparently this will be at no extra cost to me! As I have paid already I am not sure why they are saying this - I have paid and not received - let's see if the products actually arrive!

I bought the city lash with high expectations. After using it twice a day for 5 months my lashes show no change. They are still thin and no added length. I would not recommend this product.

This is about City Beauty City Lips - Clear On the video it shows a HUGE difference, I show 0 difference, in terms of plumping. PLUS at checkout you are then bombarded with all of these other products and 'deals' just trying to get the total $ up. Only shady products do this. AND the product hadn't arrived yet, and I get an email saying it was discontinued, but here is the all new 10x better replacement.

I bought their eyelash product. It burns in your eyes and does nothing at all.

I like many others have committed to this product (plumber) only to be disappointed. It does absolutely nothing. Nothing. Essentially, it's overpriced goop. I understand results may vary from person to person but surely there would some change (even if little). Makes me wonder how many of the positive reviews are paid 🤔

I bought the lip plumper before seeing the reviews, it's brilliant and definitely works, I put it on 10 to 20 minutes before I put lipstick on, my lips look great!

I bought 2 tubes of the City Beauty clear lip plumper. I have found that this product does absolutely no plumping. It just puts gooey, sticky shiny stuff on the lips. I want to return these products.

I am deeply disappointed with city beauty. I purchased products from their website and via their Amazon store. The ultra dry oil dispensing dropper is faulty and will not dispense the product. I requested assistance from city beauty on Amazon and the city beauty website to no avail. Everyone was quick to point their finger at the other company representative for assistance. I have bought many, many of their products, but am canceling all future purchases due to their lack of attentiveness and assistance. It’s clear by the below response they never read my review. They just don’t listen or care. Don’t waste your time and money.
