The texture and consistency of the city lips product feels divine. My lips feel so soft, pillowy soft, or like memory foam. It even seemed to repair them overnight. Nothing else was working anymore. I'm 45 and maybe going into perimenopause. So glad I found something that worked immediately. I've only had it for two days. I can't wait to see the results after I'm done with the first tube. Product does not work (plumping effect) at all for mature lips. (might moisturise but too sticky and odd odor) and the first of the two tubes I bought for a literal fortune went in the bin. I gave the sealed new in box tube to my daughter who had tested mine before I binned it - and even on a young girl saw no plumping - she uses something else she Loves and she went to resell - sealed - this new tube - which is her property (to benefit my sister in laws nonprofit) and the legal team came after her. They should focus on products that aren't hyperbole in advertising and actually do what they say ...rather than coming after innocent people who paid full price honestly wanting to resell on a verified platform for less than they paid! (Many reviews said the guarantee is difficult to have honored but this all happened after 60 days so I did not attempt to return. You should be free to resell your own property!) 8/31 update re company response: Did not address the issue that their company legal team forces platforms to remove your listing for resale of your own purchase from them - when the product can't be returned. As for "tips" - the product does literally nothing but moisturize. It is not a plumper. As for moisture it is too thick, gloppy and unappealing odor.

I saw this on social media and I was highly disappointed. I didn't notice any difference in my lips. I have tried other products and it didn't give the cinnamon sting feeling but in my opinion it's nothing but a lip moisturizer.

I purchased their city lips product but saw no results. When I returned the product, I only received a portion of what I paid. Not their 100% money back guarantee as stated on their website. I called the company twice and was told both times that I would receive the full refund in 5-6 business but have yet to see anything from city beauty nor have I received any follow up via email from them, even though the customer service reps told me that I would receive a response on 24 hours. Not satisfied at all!

Brought city lips for plumping effect and really there is NO plumping effect. You get a lipgloss that’s quite thick and sticky on the lips. After watching the ad, I’M NOT SURE WHERE THESE REVIEWS HAVE COME FROM, BUT IT CERTAINLY DOES NOT GIVE YOU LIPS LIKE THEY’RE SHOWING. Save your money and buy a gorgeous lipstick instead.
