I bought the sculpting cream. Wasn't told there would be a £20 customs charge to pay. Pretty disgusted to he honest. Haven't got the face cream yet but will review again when I have 😡

Invisicrepe simply does not live up to the claims made in it's marketing material. I saw no improvement whatsoever. They offer a money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied, but what I didn't realise was that they insisted that the EMPTY container be returned to them via a tracked service! To send this from the UK to the US cost me £10.55. The product, tax, foreign currency charges from the bank, and postage amounted to £77.67. I eventually received a refund (after numerous emails) of £37.99 - so it's cost me £38.75 for a product that does not work. It would still have cost me £29.13 had I not had to return the container, which is bad enough, but I found their insistence on returning an empty box totally unacceptable. I will never use this company again and I felt I should make potential customers aware.

NO RESPONCE TO ANY OF MY EMAILS The sculpting cream dried my skin so much within a few days using it, My Doctor's advice stop using it, I broke out in a dry rash and got a nasty cold sore on my skin which I was prescribed medication for.

Edit - They have Ignored my message so my advice would be to Avoid this company!! This is currently a 1 star review - I have contacted them to see if they will resolve the problem and If they do I will update So far we ordered a serum which was expensive - this was never delivered - I contacted them a few times and they gave me a tracking ID but it was very unclear which provider the tracking id was for so it was as good as useless - I presume it was finally returned to then as MONTHS later they issued a PARTIAL refund - No explanation given as to why it was partial - at the end of the day I didn't receive the item I ordered so would expect a full refund - What have I actually paid for??

Further to my last post regarding this company, one day after my posting a damning review an Email appeared in my inbox from CityBeauty profusely apologising and offering an immediate refund. I received an Email from PayPal letting me know that my payment was refunded, Would this have happened without me posting on TrustPilot, which I asked them to share with CityBeauty, I doubt it very much. It just shows how important it is that we DO NOT ACCEPT BEING CONNED. thank you TrustPilot. Maria

I have ordered twice from City Beauty. The product arrived quickly. When I opened the package I realized I had accidentally checked a box that doubled my order. I emailed the company and got an immediate response. I was able to return part of the product and got a refund for the part I returned. Since then I have ordered again. Their customer service is top notch and they have gained a loyal customer because of it. Thank you City Beauty!
