I am always honest and I was soooo disappointed with City Beauty have been buying your products for a few years now and I am nearly 80yrs and I found the city lips for day and night work for me my lips are always hydrated and never seem to dry out like they use! When I put my order in a few days ago I ticked the box to say only 1 city lips but you kept offering different specials.When I checked my PayPal account you sent me 2separete orders for not $29.95 but $77.33 for each product with absolutely no reduction.When I checked my bank account taken out $77.$33x2 I cancelled the order within 10mins of ordering you then stating you had sent my order in that short time. 🐖 🐂 unbelievable 😢😢😢

My single order was put on repeat and there is no option to cancel. The phone number does not work and customer service email has not responded. I feel Scammed.

Total scam. They scam into buying more and the product is totally a scam. Better to buy some vitamin e cream for the same result and much cheaper.

The line blurring wrinkle filler does absolutely nothing.

I bought the Advanced sculpting cream which retails for $70. First the smell is so strong and unpleasant. I was willing to look past it if it delivers which it doesn't. Does not absorb well doesn't moisturize and it pills. I attempted multiple times to post my review on their site and it won't allow me to post it. Customer service makes you jump through hoops to return. I spent $200 on 2 orders I would expect better products and better customer satisfaction. I bought it in April but my interactions with their reps and my attempts to share my review have been this month. I'm not certain of the exact dates

I have been in the beauty business for many years and have sampled and tested many products. I've been using City Beauty products for about 5 years, and I have nothing but respect and satisfaction for these products. The Line Blurring Winkle Filler is an absolute winner! And I've tried botox, injectable fillers and many, many treatment products. The results may not be the same for everyone, but I can honestly say, it works for me!!! I have used City Lips for several years, and I will not be without it. I purchased the Advanced Action Sculpting Cream a few months ago, and I'm seeing noticeable results. There is nothing out there that can provide overnight results, but these are some of the best available. And I research every ingredient that goes into them. Nothing will prevent aging, but you can at least look your best for as long as possible.

Previously order I have had no complaints but most recent order, included among other products, were 3 bottles of Uplift Firming Serum but unfortunately I cant open them. I have turned the gold cap which then allows the white "button" on top to pop up but that's it. The gold cap does not come off the jar and there is no serum that comes out of the popped up white button. I watched the video but that did not show exactly how it works. I would like to know how to access the serum and use it. I would appreciate if someone answers to this comment. Failing this I request a refund of 3 bottles of serum that are not able to be used. I bought the City Lips, buy 1, 1 free. I kept reading about the amazing results that were happening. I'm disappointed. I'm looking for smokers lips help, the advertising had black lines on smokers lips and showed them being filled in when City Lips was applied. It certainly isn't helping mine. Very disappointed.
