I'm a steady CityLips customer - matte lipcreams when they were available, the gloss, always - because it works. Periodically there have been issues with cross-border delivery (a last-mile contractor once emailed me a photo of my CityBeauty parcel in an unknown bldg lobby as 'proof of delivery', but it looked more like "proof of life' for a kidnapped parcel!). City Beauty customer service were unfailingly understanding and made things right. (I did provide photos of my bldg from inside and outside our lobby/etc which was obviously...not where THAT particular CityBeauty parcel was left, LOL). Makes a difference. But main thing: nothing else works even half as well as this product. I've paid more for less effect. This works and makes one feel just that much better. I've been a customer for years, so am guesstimating the last order date.

I love City Lips!! Best product I have ever bought. I have the night lip oil and the day gloss.

Have found lip product good have just ordered more of line around lips as only ordered one and I think it made a little difference but needed a bit more so have ordered 2 more

I have been buying from City Beauty for a couple of years and have never had a problem...until now. I received an email telling me that my order had been delivered which was pretty incredible as it had apparently been delivered to an address that didn't exist! It had my name, suburb, state and country but no street name or number! I've sent multiple emails and messages via the webpage but have received no reply. I'm pi**ed off because I like the products, but I like them even more if I actually receive them!

Billed 23 August $68 US and never received product and now get charged again $68US for same product when I have already cancelled with them last month. Do not order as they will take your money automatically and not respond to complaints. I wish I can rate zero star!

Missing items, incorrect billing and promo not honoured. Last month I placed an order using a promo 2for1. At final online order page my receipt did not show 2for1 but the purchase had been finalised. I immediately contacted customer support via email to make sure the promo would be honoured. 6 emails later and a request on the citybeauty site, I had not received even 1 response from customer support. Finally my order arrived, completely missing an item I have been billed for and no 2for1 being honoured. Now after about 8 messages from me, still no response, missing item, incorrect billing. APPALLING!!! How do I get my money back and a response from this company. Very, very poor and unprofessional behaviour from what I had thought was a successful company. Last month my wife placed an order using a promo 2for1. At final online order page my receipt did not show 2for1 but the purchase had been finalised. I placed on order on the 10 th August, it is now 17th September and still no product. I have sent several emails and have NO response from your so called customer care people. You were happy to take my money and not send the product I purchased. I too feel scammed. I will never buy anything from your company ever again. I will warn other Aussies. 20th September and still no response from this company. 😡 See, still no response. Pathetic. So I guess I have lost $89.00
