Booked a 4 hour guided tour, this was extremely interesting, and the tour guide was excellent, I would definately recommend this for the first day. this helps you to decide where you would like to spend more time later. not too much leg work so would suit people with limited walking.

Every thing went smoothly. Really noting to complain. Pick up was on time and the tour went as expected and there was finally a drop back to hotel. Smooth service. Can only recommend.

I booked the voucher to Eiffel Tower for my family (4 persons) and they confirmed my booking. I printed the voucher and started to plan other attractions. (To visit Eiffel Tower was priority for us). After next or two days they sent an email where they said that there are no free places anymore for the day which I booked and they offer the vouchers for other days when actually we will not be in Paris. I explained them my situation and kindly ask them to resolve the problem. Unfortunately they didn't help me and even more - I still didn't get my money back. I still believe that they will return my payment but only question by when.

Really good service, very friendly. Really knowledgeable staff. We got to find out so much more about New York. Definitely recommend any of their buses and ferries. Very regular and plenty of time to take photos

My son and his German girlfriend participated in this outing after receiving it as a gift from us for Christmas. He went reluctantly as he felt he knew Melbourne laneways etc quite well and didn't go with high expectations. He was pleasantly surprised however and actually loved the day, was really impressed with the guide they had with them for the day and learnt so much more about Melbourne and its history than he expected to! They participated in the coffee and chocolate tasting and had the package where lunch was included - and enjoyed these extras very much also. They thought the guide was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and personable and it was a really good day, well worth the money paid! Despite knowing Melbourne reasonably well, my son said they were taken to and saw areas and features that he hadn't known about or else didn't know the background to so was really impressed.
