This was an amazing tour. The views of the tuscan hills were breathtaking and the stops in both Pienza and Montepulciano were great ! Both villages are so rustic and charming . You feel very far away from Rome. Lunch at the farm was also amazing, very typical and I especially liked the setting in the wine cellar! Wine tasting was also fun. Even my kids ( 13 and 17) appreciated the tour. Even though it's a long day it was very relaxing. Definitely a must do and totally worth the price!

Other tours were OK. There was a cancellation of s tour since the tour operator does not run on Tue I got phone calls & emails informing me right after I booked. That leaves me enough time to replay my itinerary. The descriptions of tour could be more specific precise including tour ending time & place that the tours end so that customers can plan better & without sending City Discovery emails just to ask that.

I had booked the tour "skip the line tour of Prado Museum and Reina Sofia museum " from City Discovery , for Sunday 16 April 2017 .I received the voucher to be handled by Amiga tours and the meeting point stated was "in front of Velasquez statue at the main entrance of Prado museum , at 0945 hrs ." Tour was to start at 1015. We were punctually at the main entrance at 0945 hrs . So were another couple -- they'd been there since 0930 . However at the main entrance there was no Velasquez statue . Turned out it was round the corner on the side. By the time we got there it was 0955. No one there . At 1015 called the Amiga tours tel no they said tour started early at 1000 and they said they had sent us an email . BIG LIE. We received NO email , nor had the other couple . They told me I should wait there and join the tour at 1130 for the Reina Sofia museum. When the guide came at 1130 we trooped off for the museum . There were 10 of us in the group for Reina Sofia --- 6 Spanish and 4 English speaking. The guide was doing BOTH Spanish and English --- 10 mins Spanish , 5 mins English . It was extremely boring for us , because it was SUPPOSED TO BE AN ENGLISH TOUR. The guide was terrible spent 45 mins on 3 paintings !! Skipped many rooms . After 45 mins of the tour , self and wife left the tour . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . PLEASE DO NOT USE AMIGA TOURS . Our previous other tours in Madrid thru Julia tours were excellent. City Discovery should refund my total cost of this tour . Because they spoilt our whole day.

This was supposed to be a pleasant trip for my mums 80th birthday. Jumping the queue was great BUT it very nearly didnt happen!. We found the place where we were supposed to find the courier, (with a little difficulty map instructions were not clear). I began to think this was a scam. No courier was by the building 235. No placard being held up. No city discovery jacket being worn. Tried phoning number on sheet of paper, no answer. Near to tears in sheer desperation, not being able to speak much French. I started speaking to anyone around me, showing them my papers. On the corner of the street, with no jacket, no placard (facing a wall on the floor) We found the courier. After that the trip was very enjoyable. Clearer instructions need to be given and your employees need to follow what is stated on your instruction.

I have booked a trip from Hanoi Vietnam to Halong Bay Day trip with seafood lunch. I have payed already but when I try to Call the number for confirmation the telephone number is out of service. It is a trip we have booked on the 19/4/17 and We cannot get a hold of the Company. I think they have cheated me for my money! Will never do this again. Very bad service! I have been calling and e-mailed them but no respons! Feeling so sad That our trip will not happen. The money is spent so We will not be going to Halong Bay Thanks for nothing Aruna Sorensen from Denmark

Terrible! I had attempted to book a transfer from the international airport in New Caledonia to Noumea. They happily took my money then sent back an email saying the the transfer was "confirmed" that was a week ago and still I have yet to receive any confirmation or even a response from a real person. I have tried calling several times, emailing and still nothing. Do not use these guys they are either a scam company or so hopeless that they are not worth the hassle or losing your money over. Avoid them like the plague is my advice. I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer commission and contacting the federal police to report a scam.
