City Discovery was a great company. Easy to book even at last minute. They call you with any changes or if you are on the tour at last minute. They take that extra time to make sure you have everything you need.

I booked three tours with City Discovery: A Hop On Hop Off Boat Tour, a combo tour inclusive of Venice Original Walk + Grand Canal Boat + Saint Mark's Basilica, and the Venice Ghosts and Legends tour. City Discovery provides an excellent booking service. The tours were as described, and the various companies that provided the tours were very professional. All the guides were knowledgable and were fluent English speakers. I really recommend booking through City Discovery, as in my experience I found that they team with high quality tour companies.

Very bad experience in Paris. We went for skip the line tickets and we arrived at the meetingpoint 225 Rue de l'universite in Paris. We searched everywhere for a person with a dark blue shirt but no ons was there. I think this is a fraud and perhaps even our tickets were sold to others waiting in the line. My children and me thought for 180 euro to get value for money. They booked the money double from our credit card. Please dont use this company. Better wait in line.... there will be no one to meet you.... Our nr was LUKA556286 just to proof our story

Dear Suzanne, We're really sorry for the way your reservation turned out. For us to start with the investigation, please provide the City Discovery reference number, it starts with the first four letters of the lead travelers name followed by six numbers (ex. ABCD123456). I apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to your response. Best regards, City Discovery

Hi Hope that in the City Discovery web site could include the provision of shuttle transport service to and from the airport to the hotels in Bangkok , Chiangmai , Chiangrai and other cities or town I propose City Discovery to provide visit to destination which the local Thais would goes, such as the hot spring and feast near waterfall in MaeRim, taking bamboo raft into cave in Pi or from Chiangrai visit to the Golden Triangle rivers.

The Royal Castles Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Day Trip from Munich was an absolutely fantastic tour! It does start a bit early and our tour bus took off about 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time, but we were happy because we got to start our adventure sooner. Markus was our tour guide and the entire trip was full of useful insights as well as good humor, which we find great! I am terrified of heights, so I was a bit nervous about the drive up the mountains, but our driver went at a terrific speed the entire time, so the trip was smooth and the height felt seamless. I think that the amount of time allowed for the tour is distributed very well. At first I thought that the amount of time was too much and that I would be bored at times, but I found myself busy and entertained the entire time.

This is an excellent tour agent. I would be using this company again in the near future. The tours were well guided with god tour guides. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys well organised tours.
