This insurance company is the worst. I had some simple questions in regards to a primary care that I seen but I couldn't get their phone number. So I contacted Cigna so they can let me know who I was seen by. Nothing complicated but oh my goodness it was the most impossible thing to obtain. They pay out the claim a doctor that's part of their Network and they don't know who I saw and for that matter are they even license? How does this insurance company operate where they can't even tell you who your doctor is. They just tell you the group of the physician but that doesn't help you at all which means absolutely nothing. Any insurance company will tell you okay you saw this doctor on this date great then you know that they have to be licensed and part of that insurance companies directory. But you call Cigna and ask them that very simple question and they don't know shit!

I Called to get a replacement tax form Cigna that was lost during Hurricane Miton. I received one a few weeks ago.. The first replacement Roseanne ( # 1813) told me that those tax forms only regenerate 1x a year...she said she could not mail me one but I could go on line to cigna and downlaed. I had her transfer me after 15 minutes of not being helpful to Cigna Marketplace again, this time I spoke to Summer, she too told me she could not mail a new 2023 tax credit form and to go on line. Asked to speak to a ssupervisor. Was put on hold then Summer came back and informed me that she spoke to a supervisor and what she said was correct. I told her I again wanted to speak to a supervisor. I finally talked to Paul who was very helpful and processed my request. I do not understand why this had to be so difficult. As a manager myself, if you do not want to do or are incapable of doing you job, perhaps these 2 reps need to find employment else where.. It was a very unnecessary waste of 1 hour of time that should not had taken no more than 15 minutes.. You might want to train your customers service repes on doing their job

Esta es una de las peores aseguradoras que he probado, el sistema para coger cita es complicado, los centros asociados que tienen no son buenos, si tienes malas experiencias con algún médico no sabes a quien reclamar, no hay manera de ver tus resultados....

Llevo esperando una respuesta más de una semana, las coberturas en su pagina web no son claras y el tema de no incluir reembolsos en temas que parecen cubiertos tiene pinta de ser algo general. Si alguien de Cigna se molesta en contestar que no ponga el contactar por correo, que por ahí no contestan

Cigna Healthcare is by far the worst health insurance I've ever had to deal with. I am insured through my employer and ended up needing surgery on vacation. The claim has been sitting with Cigna for 3 months now and still hasn't been finally reviewed or paid. The amount is 5 digits and I've had to call Cigna at least 7 times by now to check in on status and each and every time I did, I was offered a different privacy and competence problem. To start with, these processing times are obviously ridiculous and the Cigna tool is designed so that you cannot look up your raised claims, nor edit or upload additional information to it. This alone is a massive issue. Secondly the only way to contact Cigna is to call them (during US hours) which is another major issue. Next to those structural problems, I had some outrageous things happen to my case/claim/customer account. Firstly my claim was linked to some random person in Canada, then I was told my claim had been paid, when I told them I hadn't received payment and asked what the claim was related to it turned out that they had my customer account mixed up again with some random person and I obviously hadn't been paid. Next surprise was to find out that someone in Cigna's system had marked my claim as paid in a different currency when the receipts and original claim were raised correctly. On top of that some random person's phone number was linked to my account, which could potentially be the reason why the promised callbacks from Cigna never happened - or just pure incompetency and poor service. A health insurance should have data privacy protection as their first and foremast principle but Cigna violates all of this. It was an absolute disgrace dealing with this insurance and I would recommend for any corporate to carefully consider if this is the level of service they want to offer to your employees. -5 stars would be more accurate. Update: Cigna reached out here claiming they would get in touch to resolve it. To this day no one from Cigna has resolved the case and they continue to lie that someone will call to provide an update when nobody ever does. Instead of wasting clients time here by pretending to act, Cigna should take this serious and provide updates. An absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy insurance provider. Never again.

Cigna are an absolute disgrace. They are fraudsters. The have a medical team behind the scenes who drag their heels and obfiscate so the customer will get frustrated and pay out of pocket. They know every trick in the book. Also, be careful, if you cancel after making even the slightest claim, they will lock you in until the year end. It really is a scam,

I was at CVS Pharmacy to get covid shots and I was denied of covid shot and at that time I called Cygna and no live person answered the phone and when I entered my info I was directed to Healthparters with phone number and when I called them they said it is Cygna that needs to help me. I was given run around with no support. Just kept on giving me run around and deneid service. The CVS pharmacist some how got it approved. I am still not getthing through the support... This is really bad service. Terrible.

La página web es una porquería, no hay forma de pedir cita online en prácticamente ningún sitio, asi que no hay registro o seguimiento posible de citas, de historial etc como en otros seguros. Los hospitales que miro donde tienen cobertura, conseguir cita es un milagro en el mes, estoy pidiendo para dos especialidades distintas y como pronto diciembre.. hay que ponerse centro a centro a llamar a ver si encuentras. He llamado por telefono y me han mandado listado de centro con determinados médicos, y cuando llamas a dichos sitios en la mitad no trabajaban ahi.. no llevo mucho tiempo, pero el poco que he tenido no me gusta nada
