HealthSpring's Supplement Plan G policy is worthless.
HealthSpring takes money out of my checking account to pay for my new Medicare Supplement Plan G. However, they never did the "crossover" to Medicare correctly (where HealthSpring automatically gets a claim after Medicare processes it.) It has been about 3 months of no coverage. The Customer Service people (including a supervisor) just say they will fix but never do. The agent that sold me the policy says she can't help. Medicare says they can't make them HealthSpring do it. I am changing to another company's Plan G after only 3 months with HealthSpring (formerly Cigna). I chose HealthSpring because it was the least expensive but I get zero benefits from it.
