General Manager did not care that our air wasn't working, our room was filled with noxious fumes from their remodel, and our room wasn't cleaned. I asked for bedding to be changed on the 4th night, and they left dirty sheets on the bed. Toothpaste on the walls, and worst of all, the General Manager Damien Brimhall didn't seem to care that his hotel issues put a damper on our entire vacation.

Hotel in Dudley is really grotty, its outdated furniture, smelly, dirty, not very good quality food, and very expensive drinks

Avoid choice hotels like the plague. You might get the plague staying at their FILTHY hotels. overflowed toilets. And their solution? Bring a plunger and tell YOU to fix it! They upped the price from the reserved price. Sent me into an occupied room. When I complained they said, "well, come back and stay with us another time!!!" They spam your email account - don't give them your address. Horrible place. Horrible. I'll sleep in my car before going to another Choice Outhouse.

I booked a room for 1 night at a 20% discount and then called back the next day to book a 2nd night and was told I could have the room for the same price as the first night. The booking agent told me just to use the same confirmation number for both nights. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that we were only booked for 1 night and would have to pay $30. extra for the next night. After about an hour on the phone with the booking agent nothing was gained. They would not honour the discounted rate even though it was their fault that it wasn't recorded. Further time was spent with the desk attendant to get the matter resolved with the manager who agreed to the original rate I was promised. Hotel staff...very good. Off site booking agents...terrible. If it wasn't for the hotel staff, I would have gone elsewhere to stay.

I am one of Choice Hotels Diamond members yet, Choice Hotels (Privileges)doesn't respond to complaints about poor service at some of thier hotels.

Booked 5 nights in 4 different hotels in Norway on the Choice Hotel website. Once I got home and never received any Choice Rewards Credit I called Choice Hotels. Found out that Norway is one of many countries where they have hotels but do not get credit for stays in their rewards programs. Not anywhere on in any of the webpages for the hotels does it state that fact. Am now changing my 2020 reservations to a different hotel chain.

Custom service when making a reservation is horrible. You can't understand them and i could make the reservation much quicker by calling the hotel myself, before the last rooms would be gone. I never seem to have enough points to use either. Hire people in need of jobs in America that can speak English and can be understood. I am switching to Wyndam where hopefully i worry everytime i make a reservation, that my card will be used by them.I can understand who I am talking with and can make a reservation quicker.

we stayed at the Sleep Inn at the Greensboro, NC airport , on 9/02-9/04 it had excellent reviews, I was shocked , no exhaust fan in Bathroom,the hotel does not use them, no safes in room, not available,the shower head was taped together, l had to stabilize by holding it to keep from it swinging back and forth, water poured out through the shower door onto the floor, very slick shower, no type of slip proof mat to step out of shower on, luke warm coffee in lobby,,and I want even mention the continental breakfast!!! people smoking outside main doors, very shady hotel.
