Honestly, great company to work with. My husband loves his desk chair and I love that they are so responsive to emails, inquiries, etc. Great product and much appreciated customer service.

I ordered my chill chair and it got here within 5 days. Unfortunately, the chair had a broken piece. I contacted support@chill chair after chatting with Max on their webpage. Within a few hours they gave me the tracking number for a replacement chair and some free glider wheels. I look forward to getting the replacement chair in the next week. This is what you call exceptional customer service. The chair is very cool and the customer service is second to none. UPDATE: I have been using the chair and absolutely love it. I have ordered the Sole Mate to complement my chair and can’t wait to get it.

These guys were very prompt in their communication. Initially they didn't realize that my purchase still qualifies for warranty and quoted me for free battery replacement but paid shipping. When they realized the mistake they changed it to free shipping right away.

I recently purchased a Chill Chair, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Not only is the chair absolutely incredible with all of its fantastic features, but the customer service was outstanding as well. There was a small issue with my order, but they resolved it quickly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The attention to detail and level of care they provided truly impressed me. With such amazing customer support and a high-quality product, this has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I highly recommend Chill Chair to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service!

Purchased my chair about a year and a half ago and started having issues recently with the gas cylinder. I contacted the company and, despite the fact that I'm outside the 1 year warranty period, they provided me a cylinder at no cost and I only had to pay shipping. Great company and great customer service!

I love my chill chair and just ordered the matching sole mate. Customer service is superb.

The Sole Mate Massage Ottoman is an absolute game-changer! This ottoman will take your breath away with its incredible combination of rollers, vibration, and air massage. I have searched high and low for something that included all three features, and finally, I’ve found it. Usually, I come across products that are either too weak or not worth the investment, but this one hits the nail on the head. Plus, it is WIRELESS!! It is light enough for me to easily move it from one place to another, not having to have something plugged into it all the time, where has been all my life. The strength and quality of the massage are perfect, providing the ideal relaxation after a long day. Plus, its elegant design doubles as a beautiful ottoman, adding an extra touch of class to my home office. I love being able to enjoy a wonderful foot massage all while working. The Sole Mate Massage Ottoman is a must-have!
