I use my Soul Mate foot massager EVERY DAY. It’s a great product, so when it stopped charging, I was honestly gutted. I braced myself for a difficult, lengthy back-and-forth trying to secure a replacement under its warranty, but Chill Chair were fantastic! quick, friendly, and completely hassle-free. My replacement arrived within days, and I’m genuinely impressed with the service. I still love the product and can’t recommend both the Soul Mate foot massager and Chill Chair as a company highly enough. .

The chill chair foot rest has been awesome, it can massage my feet and then I don't want that I can just put legs on the top of rest there is another massage feature which massage my lower legs completely wonderful.

I don't normally do reviews, but I have to say this chair is amazing! But even more impressive was the level of service I just experienced as I was not so impressed with the glider wheels. I emailed customer service and received a response back within a few hours asking for some pictures and if all original packaging still available. I sent the pictures and within another hour or so had a FedEx label to return the wheels. I received a refund later that same day once FedEx picked up my return. Thank you. Jason

Hello everybody, I would like to take a moment and share my experience with Chill Chair. I purchased the Sloe Mate ottoman. My husband loves his feet massaged, this is his favorite gift ever! The ottoman is a beautiful addition to my living room furniture. I recently had an issue with it functioning, I contacted Chill Chair customer service and, I really thought the time difference would be an issue as they are in Australia. I was wrong, customer service was immediately responsive and in just days I had a replacement. I cannot say enough about what great service I was provided.
