Received my chair & sole mate about 2 weeks ago. Managed to set the chair up on my own, female age 62. It was a bit heavy lifting the back onto the base but got there. Using the chair today, a screw fell out onto the floor at the right hand side. Was only sitting in it when this happened, no massage or vibration being used. First thought was it was one of the 3 I had used to attach the base & back but it wasn't. This screw is about 3 inches long with a flatter rounded head to those supplied. Have checked every screw in the chair under the seat but cannot see where this has come from. Concerned it may have some kind of effect to the chair in terms of reclining, etc. Other than this mysterious loose screw, very happy with both of my purchases & my husband loves them too.

I like the chair and glad i bought it, with a few exceptions. The chair is not easy to put together, not for one person. You need at least 2 maybe 3 people, as attaching the heavy back and poorly designed connection to the seat. If they made the connect a "slot" that it slides into, it would be much easier. Also, you cant charge the chair for more than 3 hours, which I assume damages the battery. Which means you cant leave it plugged in overnight. Having to put a stopwatch to charge the chair is not ideal. Lastly, you cant adjust the intensity of the massage, up or down. Meaning if you think its pushing to hard, you have to sit forward and if you want more push, you cant.

Updated review, Not a scam it's real they just had difficulties during the Christmas period it can happen. Product has arrived and is working build quality is ok although please improve the seat button it's so cheap and the button is loose not sitting tightly in fitting hole but it works.

About six months ago, I purchased a chill chair and the chill ottoman. I use both of them daily and was super impressed with both the quality of the chair and the massage functionality of the Ottoman for feet. About a month ago, the chair stopped charging and I submitted a ticket to customer service. Unlike one of the other reviews, I got very prompt response and both Ray and Emma were super courteous and knowledgeable. We went back-and-forth three or four times with some troubleshooting and then they sent me a brand new chair. This is the kind of customer service that I would expect from a product at this price point Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend chill chair for either the chair or the ottoman. Both are working flawlessly and I use them daily.

When i bought it i was hoping for it to be good at massaging and being a chair. Theres no problem on its main thing which is massaging. but for me, it is only ok as a chair. like it is comfy to sit at but the arm rest is too low for me and cant be adjusted. the height makes sense if your just sitting on it but when i work on my laptap for example the armrest becomes too low and my arms have no where to rest at. The chill chair customer support did try to help me on fixing my arm rest problem with it
