Overall, this chair is slightly less than average and definitely does not justify the cost. Features & Usability: The massage functionality is very basic. On top of that, the text on the digital display randomly switches back and forth between Chinese and English, making it confusing to read and operate. Expectations vs. Reality: Because it’s named a "Chill" chair and displays blue arrows moving up and down the screen, I mistakenly assumed it had a cooling or temperature regulation feature. While that was my own assumption, the branding is a bit misleading. In hindsight, buying a separate massage or heating seat cover would be a much better use of money. The arm rest also does not adjust. The seat does adjust but not very much. You will be sitting close to the ground Return Process: I would return it, but I simply don't want to deal with the hassle of disassembling, repacking, and shipping back such a large item.

This Chill Chair seems to de designed for people about five foot tall. Any taller and your shoulders are where the headrest is, so you are sitting with the lump between you shoulders and no head support, you head just lolls back. If you recline with you head in the right position, your bum is right of the edge of the seat. The seat is hard, not deep enough and arms don't adjust for height. The most uncomfortable chair ever.

Comfort: For me, the chair feels below average in terms of comfort. The seat is too firm, and after prolonged use it puts pressure on the tailbone, which can become painful. In my opinion, this chair is not suitable for all-day office work — it may work better for shorter sitting sessions. Massage Function: The built-in massage works as described and is a nice touch if you want occasional relief during work breaks. Customer Support: Unfortunately, this is where my biggest concern lies. The support team has been slow to respond, and when they did, the assistance provided was not helpful. For a product in this category, responsive and knowledgeable support makes a big difference, and I feel this is an area that needs significant improvement.

I am really struggling to like this chair, and I wanted to so much. I wish I could talk to someone about my concerns, however that appears to be impossible in the UK. Firstly I find the chair incredibly harsh and extremely painful on my spine with the cover off and not very good with the cover on. The rollers are very unforgiving and do not appear to be adjustable? I think I may have waisted a lot of money on a massage chair that just grinds up and down my spine and leaves bruises and discomfort. I do not know how people find this relaxing or even comfortable

My experience with tbt CHILL CHAIR was not a positive one. As an office chair, the Chill Chair misses the mark. The primary feature, the massage rollers, rather than offering comfort, painfully protrude into the lower lumbar region of the chair. The massage feature of the chair are average at best. The vibrating seat is more of an annoyance than therapy. The back massage is fine at points and uncomfortable is other spots. It’s basically a blunt object, not a precise tool for relaxation. If you're considering relying on the return policy to mitigate any dissatisfaction, be prepared for an arduous ordeal. Taking the chair apart was incredibly difficult, requiring a large wrench for disassembly. I’m a grown 40 year old man and it took every ounce of strength to take the chair apart. Even though the manufacturer showed that you should take the chair apart with a wrench, when I your left marks on the chair while following their instructions during disassembly, the company said they would not accept my return since the chair was damaged. It wasn’t until after I posted this review that they agreed to accept my return and refund my purchase. In essence, I found the chair to be uncomfortable, the massage features underdeliver, and the return policy left me with more frustration than, well, than a bad massage. With full transparency, I originally left a 1* review and and changed it to a 2* since the company did eventually accept my return and give me a full refund.
