I love Chick-fil-A. I fly in and out of Dallas Love Field all the time and always wait to eat in the airport at Chick-fil-A. They don’t scan for points or let you use the app to pay and they don’t serve Diet Dr Pepper. Credit only. Can anyone do anything about it? Thanks

The best fast food in Ohio for me. They are pretty cheap, the best in this price range, plus, the food is such delicious. People, give it a shot! One thing to mention here, I would like the staff to be more polite, that's all.

So, I totally LOVE CFL!!! But, I have a couple of things I would like to point out... 1) what is the deal with the basket thing they are using to 'hand' us food? I am really not dumb enough to NOT realize, someone has just handed my 'bag' to the person outside, who then picks it up and puts it in this ridiculous method of order transport designed to provide a false sense of Corona-proof security. Seriously???!!! Save us some money on paying for these stupid baskets and just hand us our order. Otherwise, just sit it on the window, and I will grab it myself. I totally do NOT need someone offering my order in a tilted ("Oh, sorry your drink spilled everywhere") basket, who has touched my order already... WHAT is the point? 2) For the LOVE OF GOD... Please STOP telling me to have a "blessed day"!!! It really is affecting my decision to patronize CFL... along with many others, I suspect. I get it, and completely respect CFL is a Christian run entity. However (and although I am Christian), I perceive it as an attempt to impose religion on people who do not appreciate being subjected to others' beliefs. Our Bible does not teach the imposition of our Lord onto others... So, STOP it. You are making us (Christians) look bad! CFL is a business, not a house of worship. I love, love, love me some CFL!!! But, come on...

Went through the drive thu at the garden of the gods store. I place a order soup and a meal . When I got home they forgot my meal and only gave me my soup. That was my dinner. All they had for me when I called was excuses. If they weren't so busy playing around they wouldn't mess up people's orders. I truly thought they were better than that. The food is good. The service really sucks. Thats the only store I've had a problem. They have no respect for the customer.

The chicken nuggets are delicious until the salty taste hit you. I don't know why they add so much salt! Over 1200mg per serving, ridiculous. Sorry chick fil-a, can't eat your overly salted food. Their salads are great though.

Hacked and charged nearly $75 for two delivery orders no where near where I live, but even worse, they have been unhelpful and responsive to my complaint and I'm scrambling trying to get them to refund me the money! So disappointed and frustrated in Chick-fil-A's customer service in regards to this app and their seeming lack of motivation to help a victim!
