I loved their lemonade and purchased it more than regularly. Recently, the volume/quantity has decreased significantly and the price is the same. I commented about this and the employees simply ignore the query or feign ignorance; not a good idea. As a result, I've stopped ordering that item. I was going to begin ordering the gallon size til I discovered (verified by A.I.) the gallon size price increased significantly. Do they think their regular customers wouldn't notice? NTY.

I loved the chicken nuggets, fries and milkshakes. they are so freaking good. I feel kinda bad for the employees who have to say My pleasure! My dad dislikes it because you guys changed the recipe for the chicken nuggets. Keep up the good work though!

Please advise workers to NOT add Xtra salt to chicken... It's already seasoned...Meat is very salty... The sausage patties and chicken patties are tough and hard .. What is going on with this food lately... Gotta go somewhere else for a while because this is HORRIBLE

Dropped a catering order for a family party online. Process was simple, the food was ready at the time I requested and the person that helped me was super nice (not always the case with fast food places). Would definitely do it again.

Chick fa la is overall an amazing fast food place from chicken nuggets to mac and cheese and many other food items. Chick fa la is a really yummy place to eat but i would only rate it about four stars because they get your order wrong sometimes and theres always really long lines, its amazing that you are accomponied by a worker and not just a system to order with because those can get really stressful and annoying.

I just got done having lunch at Chick-fil-A. I like your sweet the workers are and I love the food but you can make your tea a little less strong and you put too much ice in your drinks doesn’t matter to me that ain’t no ice in my drinks anyway but somebody who won’t drink with ice does not want all that in drink just need a little bit of ice not two scoops and it’s a very fun place to eat at I just wish you had more for special needs there I was born with Down syndrome and going in restaurant is very hard for me so please make your restaurant or colorful other than that, you have great service and I plan to eat there a get

Good food,but sometimes would get my order wrong.

I come here for one thing and one thing only… the soft serve! It just hits different. I rarely get the actual food because it’s pricey and the taste is just okay, but I have to admit, the service is always amazing.
