I love eating there the food is amazing, grate costumer service and the lemonade is the best I have had

I ordered @Chick-fil-A and they made my order wrong. No big deal in most situations, but not this time. Instead of apologizing and making it right, they called my a liar. Their exact quote was "it just didn't happen this time." I got an idea, if you want to keep your customers, don't call them liars. Treat them with respect. Since I've been working from home, they were a restaurant that was frequently visited. Not anymore. After they sent me that response, I replied how unhappy I was with their response. It has how been several days and they have not responded. I gave them the opportunity to make it right before making this post and they did not. Just goes to show that they don't care about their customers. #boycott_chickfila. #chickfilasucks

I am not here to complain about the food (which is usually delicious). The service has been getting worse and worse over the course of a couple of months. For the fourth time in a row I was either not given food that was ordered, or I was made to wait for a much longer time due to miscalculations on the part of the ordering staff. This last time was my limit. After being at the head of the line with other cars passing me by I was wondering why my single meal was taking so long. It turns out the wrong name was put in for my meal and when they brought it out to me, the fries were understandably cold. When I mentioned this, they asked for the fries back just to throw away and gave me fresh fries with no reimbursement for my extra 15 minute wait. I am just angry at this location!

I absolutely love the chicken sandwiches. full of flavor! great job! also the customer service is amazing! keep up the great work!

You can go to a Chick Fil-a with 15 cars in line at the drive through and you will have your food in just a few minutes and it will be correct. Great food, good price served fast!

I tried the chicken tortilla soup firs time. And it was very dissaponting. The soup definitely not fresh, really thick and full of some type of beans. Will never order it again.

Went to get a refill but they told me it is the store policy of no refills but I could buy another drink which essentially the same thing but a marketing ploy of get you to spend more money just to finish your meal. Won’t be back!! Only game in town that is charging for refills! Usually a well trained but no this time.
