Chick Fil-aReviews of chick-fil-a.com

First visit at the new Chik Fil A in Danville Illinois I LOVED the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with my diet it’s perfect and the sauce is delicious Very fast friendly service and great food!!!Thank you so much …Jeanne Jones

I ordered a large water with my nugget meal. I asked for 2 splash of pineapple dragonfruit. which i have done before. They wanted to charge me over $3 bucks for that. I told them to forget it. I will not be going back to this location on spring creek in plano

There chicken and waffle sandwich can not be picked up by hand it falls to pieces, need a fork & knife to eat, that's without adding the syrup. Was not happy with it. Will not buy again. And there prices are to expensive for everything else.

After the order was filled and delivered by the DoorDash driver, I opened the bag and saw that we were missing the Chick-fil-A sauce that we requested; the food was cold, and we asked for extra sauce as well. This is the second time that this or something similar has happened with a missing item. It appears that the restaurant will only guarantee that the order is filled properly when you pick up the order. This is not the fault of the driver. This is the fault of the restaurant. Either the staff are not well trained, or they purposely make little effort to meet the requirements of the order and prepare it correctly. I doubt that Mr. Cathy would be pleased with their performance. Neither am I. This is the store located at 1379 W Wade Hampton Blvd. Greer, SC 29650

What a perfect lunch I just enjoyed here! Everything was fresh and super delicious! I cant think of ever having such a yummy lunch! I had a chicken and waffles sandwich and a smores milkshake. Everything was perfect! Clean restaurant. Fresh hot food. Im so impressed!! Idk why their average review is only 2.5. It's 5 stars all the way!!

Nice clean restaurant in Liverpool staff are very friendly food is absolutely delicious freshly cooked and very tasty very attentive staff pleasant to talk to nothing is to much trouble for them specially Charlee and Kenzy they made our visit special well done

This company re-defines shrinkflation. The eight chicken nuggets were the size of 1/2 he length of my pinkie finger and all 8 cost me $5.99 no drink, no fries, no sauce. The customer service was lack luster. I tried to complete a complaint on line, but there was no final resolution page. The system kept buffering. I was trying to satisfy a craving. Stupid me! Very Bad Chick Fil A!!!!!

The location at Lee Vista - 6350 Semoran Boulevard, I've been a regular customer there since 2017 so almost 10 years. On Thursday, October 8th I placed an order for delivery via Uber Eats. I was working from home and I do not have a car, this being the reason I ordered delivery. I get a message from my supposed to be Uber driver asking me if I got my food. I was like how would I get my food if you didn't deliver it? She said the restaurant was telling her my order was already picked up and she was investigating to see if it was delivered. Then Uber tells me they're going to give me a refund. And I said I don't want to refund I want my food delivered. I asked them why can't they contact the restaurant have them remake the food and have the driver that's there waiting for the food deliver it. I guess it's the restaurant's policy not to remake the food if it's taken by another Uber driver. But how is it the customer's fault that it was taken by the wrong Uber driver? So I thought that was that and then the next thing I see is another Uber driver on the way to my house. So I'm thinking oh this must be the person who got my food and I was happy I was going to get it. When the food got delivered it was sandwiches with no chicken. My son's food was also in there and since I was working he had called the restaurant and spoke with Matthew and Daysha (not sure of the spelling) and they were the ones that acted like they were going to take care of the situation and that was how they chose to take care of it. Real class back. The refund did not include the service fees or the tip that I paid the driver. So I was out all that money which was the total of $7 really six and change plus I have to wait to get my money back that I spent all my lunch and I didn't get to eat until dinner time when I walked across the street to a restaurant. I'll never eat a Chick-fil-A again. Not the one at Lee Vista or any other location unfortunately that was the difference that this experience made. Nor will I ever order through uber.
