Man this place has never let me down, I definitely could never complain of a single thing about this spot. I went over 40 times to Chick-Fil-a last year, and the line might've been long at times but it always moved fast. The workers are all polite and always treated me with respect. And don't get me started with my order... they have never missed anything or misplaced anything. The worst thing that's happened to me, is that they gave me 1-2 extra Chick Fil-a sauces than what I asked for. Great place, 100/10 really recommend it.

I find the robotic, disconnected and impersonal attitude of some of the staff I've encountered at chick fil-a disgusting. They're hurried, high-priced and money-hungry; serving small portions and finding multiple ways to rush and over-charge their customers!! A disgusting corporate rigidity style business!! Yuccccchhhhh!!!!

So I heard the Chic Fil-A restaurant is closed in Lithia Springs on Thornton Road, due to remodeling. I sure hope they remodel their customer service as well. But this was the case with 4 Chic spots I've visited. That also goes for their corporate associates. How can they claim to be "Christian based" when the way they treat folks aint "Christian like"? What happened to the golden rule? This only applies to some employees, and all management. Good food nonetheless.

l like this place the food is good.and people there are very nice but their lines are to long they should fix the drive-thru

Usually lunch time is smooth, but had some consistent problems during breakfast at the location on Walden Avenue. Never seem to have coffee made and usually have to wait too long for it while food is getting cold. Pulled into VIP to wait for them to bring it out and this time waited over 8 minutes and had to leave without the coffee. Think they forgot! Sick of it and will go elsewhere for breakfast from now on. Suppose to be fast food!!!

I hope that they are "Christian" company because i do like that but they would need to i hate having to to the one near me in met, La vets they extremely racist of non whites in the actual store and they will not hire blacks for sure . i called to their corporate hotline years ago and nothing was done i am so scared to eat there . go at your own risk .
