Chick-fil-A's staff is always so polite and courteous. And the food is delicious. My daughter just started working there and they treat their staff great too. Just an all around stand up company.

the best food i ever had

First I want to say WOW! I went to the Gibson Blvd #03486 location in Albuquerque and received the worst service. The male and female at the window could not have been more rude. I'll call the manager tomorrow as I'm too upset to call this evening. I eat at Chick-fil-a at least once a week and have not ever had this happen. I'm disgusted.

The chick Fil a in Plainfield is the worst. Won’t ever go there again. I said my order clear 3 spicy chicken sandwich deluxe Meal with large fries & drinks, 1 medium fry, 2 regular chicken sandwich meal drink and fries as well. What i got was one large fry, the rest mediums, 6 drinks and only 3 sandwich two spicy and one regular. Lol I’m not sure how i got all my drinks from the meal but not the size or the rest of my sandwiches.

My very first experience with Chick-fil-A was mediocre at best. Got 3 regular chicken sandwiches with extra pickles. Not sure what their definition of extra pickles is, but I got 2 or 3 shriveled thin pickle slices on each sandwich, even though the bags were marked “extra pickles”. I shouldn’t have to add my own toppings. I also ordered medium waffle fries that were only half full. Not pleased with the experience and will not waste my hard-earned money on any more of the hype. There’s other chicken sandwich places to be explored. Won’t be back.

All I ordered was a chicken sandwich, fries, and a milkshake via DoorDash. No mayo on my sandwich, no sauce in the bag, and no straw either. So I had to eat a dry sandwich, fries without condiments, and had to eat my milkshake with a spoon. This is not the fault of DoorDash, all of that should have already either been on my sandwich or in the bag. A monkey could have got this order right, but not the employees here. And to think fast word workers want more money.

Always have enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A..thought we would try the Worcester site, unfortunately we ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and he ended up with a sandwich that looked and tastes like tofu with bacon on it..the site has such poor parking and pickup circulation we decided to leave rather than have to go another 20 minute wait to resolve the issue. There were no trash disposals anywhere in site and I noticed individuals were leaving their trash on the parking lot..The attendant was wandering around with a broom sadly, not very appetizing, we won't be back
