I found my expensive cat food for half price . I thought it was a bogus website or some kind of fraud because the deal was too good to be true ! I did a little investigating, found out it was legitimate and I bought 5 bags AND the shipping was free AND it arrived, all the way out on Cape Cod, the NEXT DAY . I really couldn't believe it ! I spoke with a woman on the phone when I called customer service about increasing my order, and she had a sweet disposition. Keep up the good work

We have a small dog of 12 lbs. she loves these anters. I have brought anters from other places, not as good. Some to thick, to long. The anters from Mr. Chewy are the best. You get the size you order.

Initially, I received an incomplete order, but as soon as I called to complain, the company immediately mailed me what had been initially missing. While I was annoyed with the initial error, I was impressed by the alacrity with which the shortfall was made up.
