I found your website through bark box. The site was easy to use and i found exactly what i was looking for. My package got to me quickly and that was over a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving).

I called Chewy to see if I could expedite my order, as it required an Rx signature from the vet. The woman who helped me told me to call my vet & have them fax along with the order #, rather than wait for Chewy to fax the vet. I couldn't believe that my order shipped the same day, as it was the day before Thanksgiving. Received the order 7 days later, delivered to my door and saved BIG! Thank you Chewy (and my Vet) for the awesome service!!!

Great prices, fast delivery!

Prices are comparable to competitors. Would be nice if chewy.com offered a 15% discount for 1st time members/shoppers as most competitors do this (wag.com). I got started and made my first purchase because I got a $10 coupon from (barkbox). My dogs liked the (fruitables dog treats in mango/pumpkin) that they received in the barkbox and I was able to find it on chewy.com so it was a win win!

I buy a special formula of Royal Canin dog food for my aging Sheltie. I can never find this formula in stores, and it's hit and miss with other websites. Chewy.com had exactly what I needed, shipping was free and Duke's food arrived in 2 days. I am really pleased with the selection and service from Chewy.

I ordered my dog food from Chewy's and received notice of my order being shipped that same day! They have the biggest variety to choose from and great service AND free shipping too!

I ordered dog food from Chewy.com when I found it very difficult to find the brannd and flavor most appreciated by my best friend. Their website was friendly and placing the order was a breeze. Unfortuanately the oder was placed just before Thanksgiving and delivery took just a bit longer than expected. I do think this was dueto the reduced holiday delivery schedule and do not hold this against Chewy.com. The order arrived in perfect condition and I will order from them again in the future.
