I have tried a few pet food delivery services. This one is the best so far. No one wants to wait long for pet food. They carry everything I need and ship same or next day. They use Fedex home delivery too which is a plus because they deliver on Sat. No waiting over the weekend. Plus free shipping on orders over 50.00. Highly recommend.

I initially called Chewy just to get some information and pricing. After speaking with a representative named Hannah, I placed a $200 order and signed up for monthly deliveries. Hannah was very knowledgable about the products and their ingredients. She was not pushy and was sincerely interested in what I had to say (about our dogs, their current diet, their habits, etc.). We received our first shipment a couple of days ago - fast and simple. I have been trying to gradually mix in the new food with our remaining "old" food (so that our dogs' systems can adapt more easily) and they are crazy for the new food. Based on the ingredients listed for each of the new products, they are much more healthy and our dogs like all of it much better (and, with shipping included, the prices are almost the same as our previous store-bought inferior products). We are sold on Chewy.com and excited about telling all of our pet family friends.

I received a coupon in the mail and was hesitant to order dog treats online (why do so when I can just stop in a store) but I was very pleased with the selection on chewy.com and the shipping isn't that bad! I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a specific brand that they can't find elsewhere. Great customer service and fast delivery. Can't get any better than that!

I easily found what I was interested in and easily checked out. No big gimmicks for additional products or items I don't need.

Thank you, after my dog had her 2nd bladder surgery for stones I was told she would need to be on SO dog food the rest of her life. After many phone calls I could not find a vet in my area that carried Royal Canin SO canned dog food. I was frantic trying to get my dog her food. I called Royal Canin who referred me to your web sight, I spoke with a wonderful customer service person at Chewy.com who told me to call my vet to arrange for the perscription to be available when requested. I received the case I ordered very quickly, I am sharing your web sight with everyone I know. You have found another loyal customer me!! Thanks Again
